Today, think about those things that make you – you.

What do you stand for?

What is your purpose?

What are the most important things that you do each day?

Why do you do them?

What do you believe in?

Answer these questions, and you begin to create a mission statement for your life; the primary roots of a program that will help you be the best possible version of you.

In class, I will often ask the question: “How much do you want it?” It is not rhetorical. I expect everyone to answer it for themselves, setting the bar to measure what success means to them.

It is a reminder that your choices are truly up to you, and an encouragement to live up to the expectations of your personal mission: to bring out the absolute best in yourself and those around you.

I am pleased today to introduce the Switch Mission Statement. It will serve as our calling card as we grow, an introduction to others of this wonderful organization that I am blessed to be a part of.

Thanks to each of you for your support of the Switch brand, and what we stand for.

We appreciate you.

Mad love,
