Growing up, I set extremely high goals for myself. From becoming a gold medalist in the Jr. Olympics for Tae Kwon Do to performing in Alvin Ailey’s Junior Division. Health and wellness is imperative to my lifestyle. I have discovered my passion for continually achieving the goals we set for ourselves.
